Intended use
The product serves as a monitor stand and is additionally equipped with a 3-port USB hub. The product is
protected against overloading.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms,
must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for
purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper use can cause
hazards such as short circuits, fire and electric shocks. Read the instructions carefully and store them in a
safe place. Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information.
If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in this
manual, we assume no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to property.
Such cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
a) General information
• This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous playing
material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity,
moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent unauthorized
use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stress.
• Always handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height may
damage the product.
• Always observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are
connected to the product.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs must be done by a technician or an authorized repair
centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions, contact our
technical support service or other technical personnel.
b) Product
• When setting up the product, ensure that the cable is not pinched, kinked or damaged by
sharp edges.
• Never overload the monitor stand. Pay attention to the maximum monitor weight/size stated
by the manufacturer.
• The monitor stand can leave traces on sensitive surfaces.
• Caution! The platform of the product is made of glass. This poses a risk of injury should it
break.
c) Power adaptor
• The mains socket must be located near to the device and be easily accessible.
• Only use the power adapter that came with the product.
• Only connect the power adaptor to a normal mains socket connected to the public supply.
Before plugging in the power adaptor, check whether the voltage stated on the power adaptor
complies with the voltage of your electricity supplier.
• The power adapter must never be plugged in or disconnected when your hands are wet.
• Never unplug the power adapter from the mains socket by pulling on the cable; always use
the grips on the plug.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. This poses
a risk of injury.
• For safety reasons, disconnect the power unit from the mains socket during storms.

Setup and connection
• Refer to the diagram.
• The keyboard can be stowed under the stand.
• Set the monitor stand on a clean and stable surface that can withstand the weight of the product and
monitor. The anti-skid feet may leave traces on the surface after standing for some time.
• Load the monitor stand with max. 25 kg.
• Plug the round plug on the power adapter cord to the power adapter socket (D) on the hub. Connect the
power adapter to a suitable mains socket.
- An external power supply is not required in all cases. See chapter "Operation".
- The delivery includes a Euro plug and a Commonwealth plug. To replace the plug, press the release
button on the plug and pull it upwards to remove it. Slide on the other plug to snap it into place.
Operation
• Refer to the diagram.
• Connect the USB cable with a USB 3.0 port on your computer and the other end to the USB 3.0 B socket
on the hub. The USB cable will establish a data connection between your computer and the hub. If your
computer is only equipped with USB 2.0, only transfer at USB 2.0 rate is possible.
• Connect USB devices to the USB ports (A), (B) and (C) on the hub.
• The USB connection marked
is used for charging mobile devices (smartphone, tablet, etc). Connect
peripheral devices with high power consumption to this connector (e.g. external hard drive).
• For charging mobile devices and operating peripheral devices that require more power than the USB
power supply can provide (e.g. external hard drive), the external power supply is needed.

Maintenance and cleaning
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in household waste.
Always dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
