1. Safety Regulations

Working on a roof can be dangerous. We
therefore strongly recommend having the roof
support mounted by an experienced technician.
Apply a properly fastened and intact safety
harness before you access roofs or places where
there is the risk of falling!
Make sure that the roof is able to bear your
weight. Never walk on decayed or unstable
surfaces! Wear strong, slip-resistant shoes.
Only use ladders and other climbing aids which
are in proper working order. Do not build
makeshift climbing towers!
If there is a risk of objects falling on passers-by
from above during the installation process you
must cordon off the danger zone.
Check for overhead lines in the vicinity of the
point of installation. Touching overhead lines can
cause fatal injury!
Never work on the roof when a thunderstorm is
approaching or during a thunderstorm. There is a
risk of fatal injury!
It is imperative that all lightening safety
regulations in force in your country are adhered
to. Earthing and lightening protection work may
only be carried out by specialist electricians due
to the risk of sub-standard results!
Never carry out earthing and lightening
protection work if you are not a specialist with the
corresponding knowledge and expertise.
CAUTION!
Read all safety regulations and instructions.
Any errors made in following the safety regulations
and instructions may result in an electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.
Keep all safety regulations and instructions in a
safe place for future use.
