in Australia and presented for guarantee
intervention in Australia. The Montblanc
International Guarantee gives you further
under the Australian Consumer Law. If you
seek to rely on your Mandatory Statutory
Rights under the Australian Consumer Law
in relation to a defect in goods supplied, you
may be entitled to recover any reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage that results
from the defect. This may include the costs
associated with transporting the Montblanc
Product to an authorised Montblanc
boutique, Montblanc dealer or Montblanc
service centre.

the procedure outlined in 'How to Obtain
Service'.
The Montblanc International Guarantee
also have other rights which vary in the
United States of America from State to State
and may in addition vary from one country,
province or territory to another.
This watch complies with Part 15 of the FCC
Rules. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions:
(1) this watch may not cause harmful
interference, and
(2) this watch must accept any interference
received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found
to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital watch, pursuant to Part 15 of FCC
Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. However, there
is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference
to radio or television reception, which can
be determined by turning the equipment
