WHICH CABLE DO I NEED?
3.5 mm TRS connector (6) can use for dslr-camera, camcorder, audio recorder and other audio/video recording devices.
3.5 mm TRRS connector (7) can use for Smartphone, tablet or Mac
USING THE MICROPHONE WITH A SMARTPHONE, TABLET OR MAC
1.
Plug the 3.5 mm TRRS connector into the audio jack of your smartphone, tablet or Mac.
2.
Open the audio-only or video recording app and begin recording.
Note: The microphone does not require batteries for operation, but instead uses the plugin power
supplied via your smartphone, tablet or MAC microphone input.
Refer to the user manual supplied with your smartphone, tablet or MAC for instructions on adjusting
audio settings.
USING THE MICROPHONE WITH CAMERAS, CAMCORDERS, RECORDERS
1.
Lock the microphone on the camera shoe.
2.
Plug the 3.5 mm TRS connector (6) into the audio input jack
of your device (audio recorder, amplifier, PC, laptop).
Note: The microphone does not require batteries for operation, but
instead uses the plugin power supplied via your camera's
microphone input.
Refer to the user manual supplied with your camera for instructions
on adjusting audio settings.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Microphone does not work
Too much ambience noise is being picked up

Solution
Make sure that using the correct audio connector.
1) For smartphone, tablet or Mac, using 3.5mm flexible cable.
2) For others devices, using 3.5mm straight cable.
Make sure that the microphone is as close as possible to the subject.
A certain amount of ambient noise is unavoidable in loud environments.
