  • Page 3 MOVIMENTAZIONE L’unità viene spedita ancorata su base in legno e protetta da montanti angolari e da involucro in nylon. La movimentazione va effettuata esclusivamente mediante carrello elevatore di potenza adeguata al peso dell’apparecchio; durante tale operazione l’apparecchio deve essere posizionato sul pallet fornito in dotazione.

Per questo non appoggiare o collocare contenitori di liquidi immediatamente al di sopra del banco frigorifero.     WANNE REINIGUNG Für die Reinigung der Wanne ist wie folgt vorzugehen: 1) Die Ware während des Atauens bei gleicherTemperatur in dem vorgesehenen Behälter aufzubewahren und Ablagen ausnehmen. 2) Direkt den Stecker ausziehen. 3) Die die Tür offen stehen lassen und abwarten bis die Innentemperatur gleich der Raumtemperatur ist. Die Reinigung und Trocknung der inneren Wanne erfolgt mittels Tuch und neutralen Waschmitteln.
  • Page 50 TEMPERATUR EINSTELLUNG UND STEUERUNGEN Jeder Gerät ist mit einem Thermostat zur Aufrechterhaltung der vorbestimmten und geeigneten Temperatur im Behälter ausgestattet. Dieser Temperaturregler wird in der Fabrik geeicht und Dürfte von dem Benutzer nicht berührt werden. Nur wenn die Durchschnittstemperatur zu kalt oder nicht kalt genug sein sollte, ist der Drehgriff (6) zu benutzen. Die Nummern der Gradskala nicht den Temperaturwert angeben, sondern Bezugspositionen: eine höhere Nummer entspricht einer kälteren Temperatur.

  • Page 59 DESPLAZAMIENTO La unidad se envía anclada en una base de madera y protegida por montantes angulares, tapa de cartón y envoltura de nylon. El desplazamiento se efectúa exclusivamente mediante carro elevador de potencia adecuada al peso del equipo. Hay que evitar en todo caso poner el aparato en posición horizontal, sobre un lado o volcado.

  • Page 63 DESESCARCHE Y LIMPIEZA DE LA CUBA Para conseguir siempre el máximo rendimiento de la instalación frigorífica, se aconseja efectuar un desescarche manual cuando el espesor de la escarcha en los entrepaños refrigerantes sobresale 5 mm. Para la limpieza, proceder como sigue: 1) Colocar los alimentos en específicos contenedores refrigerados a la misma temperatura y sacar los entrepaños.
