Front left bracket

Assembly
- Fix the front bracket to the engine fitting points by taking care not to remove the two screws at the
same time (see photos).
- Fix the rear left bracket to the bottom of the frame using the BTR 6×15 screw in the hole with one
welded nut (see photos)
- Fix the rear right bracket to the bottom of the frame identical to the previous one, using the BTR
6×15 screw, the two Ø6 washers and the M6 nut (see photos).
- Do not tighten completely in order to be able to direct fixing then.
- Position the belly pan and fix it on its four fixing points (using the four BTR 6×15 screws and the
four rubber washers).
- Move the belly pan forwards and/or backwards as required to ensure that it is well clear of the
exhaust pipes. Tighten the bracket screws and the four belly pan screws.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
