Fitting kit
- 1 middle part
- 3 plastic spacers Ø10 L : 10mm
- 4 BHc 5×15 screws (small head)
- 4 M5 Nylock nuts
- 2 pieces of aluminium netting 27×7 cm
Assembly
- Remove the original belly pan. Keep the oval original « silent block » which maintains the original
belly pan to the exhaust cover.
- Thanks to the BHc 5×15 screws, plastic washers Ø5 and M5 Nylock nuts, assemble the 3 parts of the
belly pan (the middle part shall be placed inside the other 2 parts).
- Place the « silent block » on the belly pan (the flange of the spacer shall be outside of the belly pan).
Replace the oval original « silent block » on the belly pan.
- Place and fit the belly pan on the motorbike thanks to the BHc 6×40 screws, by inserting the spacers
between the belly pan and the motorbike (the spacer L : 15mm is placed on the lower left fixation of
the belly pan).
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far
enough from complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little
modified in order to adjust the accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
