Fitting kit
- 1 M6 insert.
- 1 BHC 615 screw.
- 1 Plastic collar.
Assembly
- Remove the chain guard.
- Put the hugger in place and insert the fixing screws without tightening them, taking care to
centre the hugger properly. Mark the position of the hole to take the supplied insert.
- Remove the hugger, and drill a Ø9 hole where you have just marked and fit the insert on the
swinging arm using duty pliers, or use the plastic collar.
- Replace the hugger once more and tighten the screws slightly, check that the hugger is properly
centred and then tighten up the screws completely.
* Our hugger and our undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
