Right hand-side brackets
Fitting kit
- 4 fitting brackets
- 1 « look alu » central part
- 4 BHc 5x15 screws
- 4 Ø5 nylock nuts
- 2 BHc 6x20 screws
- 1 Ø6 nylock nut
- 2 Ø5 threaded fasteners
Assembly
- Fix the fitting brackets as shown on photos (the tightening torque wrench of the engine casing screws is
0,8 kg/m²).
- Assemble the 3 parts of the belly pan by using the 4 BHc 5×15 screws, the 4 Ø5 plastic washers and the
4 Ø5 nylock nuts (the look aluminium part is placed between the 2 other parts).
- Place belly pan on the motorbike and fit it thanks to the 2 BHC 6×20 screws, the 2 BHc 5×20 screws, the
2 Ø6 plastic washers and the 2 Ø5 plastic washers; think to insert the rubber spacer between the belly pan
and the fitting brackets.
- You may fit the aluminium nettings at the air intake level with silicone

Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far enough from
complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little modified in order to adjust the
accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the fixing brackets while fitted on belly pan).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

Left hand-side brackets
Fit the bracket with the BHc 6×30 screw, the Ø6 washer
and Ø6 nut on the free place.
