Fitting kit
- 1 Ø 35 ring
- 1 BHc 6×25 screws
- 1 M6 nylock nut
- 1 Ø 6 washer
Assembly
- Remove the chain protection and keep the original screws.
- Place the Ø 35 ring on the upper right hand-side part of the swinging arm.
- Mount the rear hugger and fix it by using the original screws, on the chain side,
and the ring and the screw, washer, nut's set on the other side.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according
to the technical data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
* The rear hugger and undertray are compatible.
