Instruction Manual Pressing Tool 11500 Warranty If the tool is operated according to its intended use and the regular maintenance services are observed our war- ranty is 24 months from the time of delivery. Worn-out parts resulting from regular use are excluded. We reserve the right to rework the tool in case of a valid warranty claim. -

Instruction Manual Pressing Tool 11500 3.2 Features Safety features: The unit is equipped with a special brake which instantly stops the forward motion of the piston/dies when the trigger is released. A white LED illuminates the working space after activating the trigger. It automatically switches off 10 sec. after relea- sing the trigger. -

The pressing cycle must be completed and the jaws closed to ensure a permanent leak free connection. Attention The pressing process can be interrupted at any moment by releasing the trigger. Attention This tool is intended for use with HeatLink ® PEX tubing, fi ttings, and stainless steel press sleeves. Attention The user has to check by visual means whether the pressing jaws are completely closed. -

4.2 Application This tool is meant for use with HeatLink® stainless steel press sleeves, PEX tubing, and fi ttings. The unit is not to be restrained in a vise. It is not allowed to use the tool in a stationary application. -

Mode d´emploi sertisseuse 11500 3.2 Caractéristiques Caractéristiques de sécurité L‘outillage est équipé d‘un dispositif d‘arrêt immédiat qui stoppe instantanément l‘avance dès que le bouton de mar- che/d´arrêt est lâché. Manual de instrucciones 11500 Garantía La garantía es de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega, utilizandola correctamente y cumpliendo con los interva- los de servicio prescritos. Excluidas de la garantía son piezas de desgaste, que surgen del uso adecuado. Además, reservamos el derecho de repasar el producto. -

Iluminación del ámbito de trabajo Hydraulic Pressure Check, HPC, controla directamente la presión del aceite en el circuito de aceite de las herrami- entas, lo que garantiza la calidad continua uniforme de prensado. -

Atención El proceso de prensado se puede interrumpir en cualquier momento dejando de accionar el gatillo. Atención Utilizar la herramienta solamente con HeatLink® PEX tubo, accessorios, y anillos engarzadores inoxidab- les. Atención Una vez fi nalizado el proceso de prensado, ha de realizarse todavía un control visual de si se han cerrado completamente las matrices de prensado. -

Manual de instrucciones 11500 4.2 Applicación Utilizar la herramienta solamente con HeatLink® PEX tubo, accessorios, y cañas a prensar inoxidables. No está permitido inmovilizar la máquina. La máquina tampoco está dimensionada para ser utilizada de forma es- tacionaria. La herramienta no está diseñada para prensar continuamente. Después de completar aproximadamente 50 ciclos, se debe parar durante un cuarto de hora para que pueda enfriarse. -

Manual de instrucciones 11500 1. La herramienta electrohidráulica se debe limpiar y secar después de cada uso antes de guardarla. 2. Para garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de la máquina y prevenir posibles averías de funcionamiento, la her- ramienta de prensado debe ser devuelta a un centro de servicio autorizado para revisar cada año o cada 10.000 ciclos de prensado. -
