Thank you very much for selecting the Terraillon Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor TENSIO. This unit allows you to monitor your blood pressure. This device is not intended to be a diagnostic device. Always contact your doctor for advice, diagnostic and treatment. -
Page 6: First Use
Press and hold “SET” button to set time. Press “MEM” button to change the numeral then press “SET” button to confirm. After confirming [TIME] and [DATE], the LCD will display “Done”. Download the Terraillon Wellness Coach application. Create your account. Turn on Bluetooth on your Smartphone (Setting > Bluetooth > ON). - Page 7 START MEASURING Tie the cuff. Press “START” to turn on the monitor, and it will complete the measurement process automatically.

RECORDS Press “MEM” button to access the memory. The monitor will display the calculated average of the last three readings first. Press “MEM/UP” button or “SET/DOWN” button to rotate the history records. “MEM/UP” to go forward; “SET/DOWN” to go backward.
