Installation & Operation
Connect a HDMI source device to the HDMI Input port of the scaler with a HDMI cable, then connect the
HDMI output port of the scaler to the display.
Connect the DC power to the power socket of the scaler. The Power LED will illuminate. Once a signal is
provided from the source, the Signal LED will illuminate blue. The connected input resolution will then
illuminate blue. Using the scaler push button, press once to upscale/downscale the resolution and press
again to pass-through the resolution. The chosen output resolution will illuminate blue.
1. HDMI Input: HDMI Type A (Female) Input Port.
2. 5.5/2.1mm DC Socket: Connect with the provided 5VDC 1A PSU.
3. HDMI Output: HDMI Type A (Female) Output Port.
4. Micro-B Port: For future firmware use.
5. Scaler Switch: Switch between up & down scaling, and resolution pass-through.
6. 4K Input LED: If source device provides a 4K signal, LED will illuminate blue.
7. 4K Output LED: If 4K output resolution is selected, this LED will illuminate blue.
8. Full HD Input LED: If source device provides a 1920x1080 signal, LED will illuminate blue.
9. Full HD Output LED: If 1920x1080 output resolution is selected, this LED will illuminate blue.
10. Signal LED: Once an input signal is detected, this LED will illuminate blue.
11. Power LED: Once the included power supply is connected, this LED will illuminate red.
