05. OPERATION
DANGER!
Disconnect the mains plug from the wall socket whenever you insert or
remove the accessories or when setting the hand mixer aside.
WARNING!
Never use a beater and a dough hook at the same time.
NOTES:
Do not operate this appliance for more than 10 minutes, or 5 minutes in case
of ingredients that are difficult to process, without interruption.
Allow the appliance to cool to room temperature before resuming use.
Clean the beaters and dough hooks before first use. Rinse the parts and dry

them thoroughly.
With a slight turn, insert the beaters

nated openings until they securely lock in place with an audible click.
The two openings are different in size, which is why it is not possible to mix
up the parts when inserting them.
Please make sure the on/off switch is in the position 0 (OFF).

Connect the mains plug.

Depending on the quantity to be mixed, pour the ingredients into a suitable

container (such as a mixing bowl or beaker).
Immerse the beaters or dough hooks in the bowl/beaker.

Use the on/off switch

and a slow speed setting to start the hand mixer.
Now select a higher speed level to proceed with the preparation.
