Intended use
This transportation cart is intended for the transport of loads in the private domain. The transportation cart is not
intended for the transportation of persons or animals and is not suitable for commercial use.

Safety Guidelines
•
Read these operating instructions carefully before using the device for the first time and keep them for later
use. When passing the transportation cart on to third parties, the instructions must also be passed on.
•
Check that the cart is in a faultless condition before each use. If it is damaged, it is probably not
adequately secure.
•
Only use the transportation cart if the transport handle is pulled out fully and locked in place.
•
Do not push the locking clamp when the load is on the supporting surface.
•
Only use the transportation cart on smooth, even surfaces, not on stairs or sloping ground. If the load could
tip over off the supporting surface, secure it with the help of tension ropes or straps.
•
ATTENTION! There is a danger of extremities being crushed in the area where the capping beams of the
upper part run into the lower part. Do not take hold of the transportation cart in this area or the capping
beams!
•
Keep out of the reach of children. This is not a toy!
•
Never transport a load weighing more than 150 kg on the trolley.
•
Always secure the loading area with the securing clamp to prevent unintended opening or closing.
Wheel Mounting
•
Fix the four castors with the help of the assembly wrenches.
•
Fix the swivel castors opposite the hinges of the transport handle.
•
After assembly, ensure that all screws have been securely
tightened.
Use
1. Draw the holder (3) upwards into a vertical position.
2. Loosen the handle (1) by pressing the metal frame (2) downwards and
pull out the handle until you hear it lock into position.
3. Raise the securing clamp (4) and turn it approx. 90° in a clockwise
direction until it is resting on the black cross brace. Now pull the loading
area (5) apart until the two black cross braces meet. Turn the securing
clamp (4) another 90° until it overlaps the two black cross braces then
press downwards until it locks into place.
4. The foldable trolley can be stabilized with the help of the brakes on the
two swivel castors. To achieve this, press the locking lever (6)
downwards against the castors.
5. To fold up the trolley again, repeat the steps described above in
reverse sequences. You must press the metal frame (2) downwards to
push the handle into its holder and then fold the handle holder.
