in Figure 2. Bolt front and rear legs

together on one end using (1) bolt

and nut in lower hole.

4. Repeat on opposite end of stand but
include handle as shown in Figure 3,
again securing through the lower
hole.

5. Separate legs until top holes align.

6. Secure axle bracket to bottom of
stand on opposite side of handle as
shown in Figure 4.

7. Place (1) nut on end of axle. Secure
by tapping with rubber mallet.
8. Slide axle through wheel, and then
through the mounting bracket, and
finally through the other wheel.
9. Place (1) nut on end of axle. Secure
by tapping with rubber mallet.
Repeat step 7 on opposite axle.
10. Secure circulator head to stand with
bolt through frame, rubber isolator,
and into flange on side of circulator
head as shown in Figure 3. Repeat
on opposite side.
NOTE: This stand assembly meets UL
stability requirements with the enclosed
Floor Fan model.

NOTE: Use only the mounting hardware
which is recommended for use on
Floor Fans.

Operation
To avoid the possibility of overturning
the fan, operate on a stable, level
surface. Do not move fan while it is in
operation.

Make sure unit's selector switch is in the
off position before plugging into wall
outlet. Connect power to grounded
three plug outlet.
Use of a three-prong
to two-prong
adapter is not recommended. Improper
connection may create the risk of
electrocution. Use of such adapters is
prohibited in Canada.
Unit is
Units are operated, or speeds are
selected using the rotary switch located
on back of motor.
When changing the tilt angle of the
fan head, make sure the unit is
circulator head, make sure the unit's
selector switch is in the off position.
Loosen tilting bolts on both sides of the
fan head. Tilt the fan head
circulator head. Tilt the circulator head
to the desired position and tighten the
tilting bolts to lock in place.
Maintenance
Do not depend on
any switch as the
sole means of disconnecting power
when installing or servicing the fan.
Always unplug the unit before servicing
or cleaning. Failure to do so may result
in fatal electrical shock.
CLEANING
Prior to cleaning
unplug unit.
Do not use gasoline,
benzene, thinner,
harsh cleaners, etc. which will damage
the floor fan.

The propeller, guard, and motor should
be cleaned periodically to prevent
overheating, and/or operating in an
imbalanced condition.
If cleaning requires the removal of a
guard, remove only the front guard and
re-install when finished in its originally
installed position.
NOTE: No replacement parts available.
