operAtion - before first use
1. Take the appliance out of the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
operAtion - heating up the milk
With this Milk Frother you can:

frothing milk

1. Place the frother (7) on the axle (8).
2. Pour the milk in the can (1) (no more than the MAX-indication
3. Press switch 3b.
4. The appliance switches off by itself when the milk is frothed up.
frothing milk + warming
1. Place the frother (7) on the axle (8).
2. Pour the milk in the can (1) (no more than the MAX-indication
3. Press switch 3a.
4. It switches off by itself when the milk is frothed and heated up to 65 degrees.
warming + mixing milk
1. Place the mixer (6) on the axle (8).
2. Pour the milk in the can (1) (no more than the MAX-indication
3. Press switch 3a.
4. It switches off by itself when the milk is heated up to 65 degrees.
tips:
• With small amounts of milk (to MIN-indication) you will get a better result.
• Use preferably cappuccino-milk (available in any supermarket) or whole milk.
• For firmer milk foam use the device once more.
• For variation try anise milk or chocolate milk (or milk with a spoonful of cocoa powder).
