Es sind drei Bohrungen (Ø 5,5 mm) zur Befestigung des Gehäuses
vorhanden. Die Bohrungen a und b müssen immer verwendet werd e n .
Nach Bedarf lassen sich die Öffnungen für die Leitungseinführungen
durch Eindrehen einer Verschraubung PG 11 mit geeigneter Schutzart
ausbrechen.
Die Sicherheitszuhaltung ist schutzisoliert. Ein Schutzleiter ist nicht
zulässig.
Als Montagehilfe und auch für den Fall eines Stromausfalls beim Ruhe-
s t romprinzip ist eine Hilfsentriegelung vorhanden. Durch Drehen des
D reikants um 180° wird der Riegelbolzen in Entriegelungsstellung gezo-
gen. Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dass durch äußere Einwirkung über
den Betätiger kein Verklemmen stattfindet. Erst nach Zurückdrehen des
D reikants in die Ausgangslage ist die normale Riegelfunktion wieder
gegeben. Die Hilfsentriegelung ist nach erfolgter Inbetriebnahme durc h
Aufdrücken des beigefügten Kunststoffkappe zu sichern .
Hinweis
Die Sicherheitszuhaltung AZM 161 ist kompatibel zur Sicherheits-
zuhaltung AZM 160. Der Sicherheitskreis muss an die Klemmen 41
und 52 angeschlossen werden.
Verdrahtung und Abdichtung
Zur Leitungseinführung sind geeignete Kabelverschraubungen mit
entsprechender Schutzart zu verwenden. Nicht benutzte Einführungen
mit Verschlussstopfen verschließen. Vor der Verdrahtung die
Schaltpunkteinstellung mit Vielfachmessinstrument verifizieren.
Wartung
Bei sorgfältiger Montage, unter Beachtung der oben beschriebenen
Hinweise, ist nur eine geringe Wartung notwendig. Bei rauhen
Betriebsbedingungen empfehlen wir eine regelmäßige Wartung mit
folgenden Schritten:
1. Prüfen der Leitungseinführung und -anschlüsse
2. Entfernen von Schmutz

There are three boreholes (Ø 5.5 mm) for mounting the solenoid
interlock. The boreholes a and b must be used.
If required the the cable entries can be opened by screwing in
Pg 11 cable glands with suitable IP rating.
The solenoid interlock has protecive insulation. A connection of a
protective lead is not allowed.
As a mounting aid and in case of power failure, a manual unlocking
device is provided. By turning the triangle located on the side of the
switch, clockwise 180°, the latching bolt is put into unlocked position.
When unlocking, caution should be taken so that there is no damage
to the unlocking device due to jamming of the actuator caused by
outside influences. The normal solenoid locking function will only occur,
if the triangle is returned to its original position. The manual unlocking
device has to be secured by repositioning the enclosed plastic cap.
Notice
The solenoid interlock AZM 161 and AZM 160 are compatible re-
garding the mounting dimensions. The safety circuit must be wired to
the terminals 41 and 52.
Wiring and sealing
Appropriate cable glands with a suitable degree of protection are to
be used. Any unused entries should be closed using a trreaded
blanking plug. Before wiring check the setting of the switching points
with a multimeter.
Maintenance
With careful mounting as described above, the switch requires little
maintenance. By use in extreme conditions, we recommend routine
maintenance als follows:
1. Check cable entries and terminal connections
2. Remove all debries or particles

Il y a trois trous (ø 5,5 mm) pour la fixation du boîtier. Utiliser toujours
les trous a et b.
Les entrées de câble choisies sont ouvertes en vissant un presse-
étoupe au degré d'étanchéité approprié.
L'interverrouillage possède une isolation renforcée. Une mise à la terre
n'est pas recommandé.
Le déverrouillage manuel ne peut être actionné qu'en cas de panne
de courant ou de défectuosité. La rotation à 180° de la clé triangulaire
déverrouille le pène de blocage. Il faut veiller à ne pas bloquer le
mécanisme en sollicitant extérieurement l'actionneur. Le fonctionne-
ment normal est rétabli après remise en position de la clé triangulaire.
Après usage, il doit toujours être réarmé et scellé à l'aide du
capuchons en plastique.
Recommandations
L'interverrouillage AZM 161 est compatible avec le type AZM 160.
Le circuit de sécurité doit être raccordé au bornes 41 et 52.
Câblage et étanchéité
Des presse-étoupes au degré d'étanchéité approprié sont à utiliser.
Fermer les entrées de câble non utilisées au l'aide de bouchons.
Vérifier au multimètre le point de commutation avant raccordement.
Entretien
Un montage soigneux et l'observation des recommandations ci avant
réduira l'entretien au minimum. Dans un environnement difficile, un
entretien selon la procédure ci-après est recommandée:
1. Vérifier les entrées de câbles et les bornes de raccordement
2. Éliminer les salissures
