Trouble Shooting
PROBLEM
The product does not work.
The massage function does
not work.
The massage intensity is
too strong.
The product has overheating protection. It will automatically
stop working when it reaches too high of a temperature. Please
unplug the power cord and let it cool down for at least 30
minutes.

SOLUTION
1. Check the connection between
the power cord and the outlet.
2. Check the Power button to see
if the product has timed out.
