Fitting kit
- 4 black screws BHc 6×15 (big head)
- 4 rubber spacers Ø6
- 2 fitting brackets
- 4 threaded fasteners M6
Fitting instructions
- Remove the headlight front face by unscrewing the 2 screws located under the headlight.
- Remove the side screws from the headlight support.
- Place the 4 threaded fasteners on the fitting brackets.
- Fit the nose fairing on the 2 brackets with the 4 black screws Bhc 6x15 and rubber spacers Ø6.
- Position the whole between the headlight and the fitting support.
- Adjust the nose fairing position on the motorcycles.
- Fix the unit with the 2 original side screws.
- Replace the headlight front face.
Fitting brackets location
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
