Proper use

❐ This device is intended to extract the juice from fruits and vegetables.
❐ This device is not suitable for mincing hard foods (e.g. nuts etc.) or hard stones/seeds
of fruits and vegetables. Stone fruits must be seeded before extracting the juice from it!
❐ The device is intended for domestic, not commercial use.
❐ Only use the device as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed
improper.
❐ Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts at repair are excluded
from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

Safety instructions

Risks of injury

❐ Keep children and animals away from the device and packaging. There is a danger
of injury and suffocation!
❐ This device may be used by children ages 8 and over as well as persons with impaired
physical, sensory or mental capacities or those lacking experience and/or knowledge
if they are supervised or have been instructed in how to safely use the device and
have understood the risks associated with operating the device. Children may not
play with the device. Children may not perform cleaning and user maintenance of the
device unless they are 8 years of age or older and are supervised.
❐ Children under 8 years of age and animals must be kept away from the device, the
mains cord and plug.
❐ Keep your head, hands, hair, jewellery or clothing away from rotating parts of the device.
❐ Do not reach into the fi ll chute to push down food. Only use the plunger to push down
food.
❐ The blades in the juicer sieve are sharp! Be careful when handling the blades.
❐ Only switch on the device if it has been assembled completely and correctly and if
both locking clips have been locked correctly.
❐ Store the device out of the reach of children! Children must be closely supervised if
they are nearby when the device is being used.
❐ Do not use the device if it is damaged.

Health safety notes

❐ There may be some production residue stuck to the device. To rule out any risk to health,
clean the device thoroughly before fi rst use (see section "Cleaning and storage").
❐ Clean the device after every use to prevent the formation of germs (see chapter
"Cleaning and storage").

❐ Do not use the device if easily fl ammable gases are present in the air.
