The blue pilot light (2) will stay ON to in-
dicate that the appliance is connected to the
mains.
To reset the nebulisation cycle: use the
handle (4) on the water tank (5) to lift it up-
wards checking that the steam outlet nozzle
(3) is fixed to the tank (arrows on the nozzle
and tank should NOT be aligned
now top up the tank with water. Replace
the tank on the base of the appliance. The
nebulisation cycle will restart automatically
(Diag. C).
To switch off the appliance, rotate the
wheel (1) downwards to the OFF (0) position
(Diag. E).

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE

Warning!!
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance
operations on the appliance, press the ON/
OFF button (1) to OFF and disconnect the
power cable (8) plug from the mains socket.
Daily cleaning
In order to avoid/reduce the formation of
bacteria or scale residues, it is necessary to
clean the appliance daily, as indicated be-
low:
1. Turn the nebulises water output nozzle
(3) until the arrows on the nozzle are aligned
with those on the tank (
remove the tank.
2. Empty the tank (5) of any residual water
by opening the plug on the bottom of the
tank (turn the ring cap counter clockwise)
(Diag. H).
3. Empty the humidifier container/unit (6)
following the direction of the arrow on the
left of the appliance base (Diag. H) making
sure the cable does not get wet).
4. Top up the tank (5) with drinking water
previously boiled and left to cool to at least
40°C; now close the plug turning it clock-
wise.
5. Rinse out the tank (5) several times, taking
care to pour out all the water, as illustrated
in section 2 of these instructions.
6. Rinse the steam outlet nozzle (3) several
times.
7. Repeat this operation to clean the tank (6)
filling it with drinking water previously boiled
and left to cool to at least 40°C; empty it fol-
);
lowing the instructions provided in section 3
of this manual.
8. After draining all the water, dry thorough-
ly with a dry cloth, wiping it carefully over
the container (5), the humidifier container/
unit (transducer) (6) and the steam outlet
nozzle (3) (Diag. G).
9. If the appliance is not used after the daily
cleaning procedure, dry all parts immediately
and then store it away in a safe dry place.
1. Never clean the water tank (5) with harsh
detergents, abrasive products, alcohol, sol-
vents or similar products as they can cause
irreparable damage.
2. Never place the appliance under running
water.
3. Never allow the power cable (8) or air
vents (9) to come into contact with water.
4. Do not use tools to clean the transducer
and do not clean with chemical or abrasive
products.
5. Clean the water tank handle if there are
any traces of dirt.

Cleaning the outside of the appliance.
Clean the appliance outer surface with a soft
damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive products, harsh deter-
gents, alcohol, solvents or similar products,
which may cause permanent damage to the
appliance outer surface.
Cleaning inside the appliance (water tank
and container).
During normal use of the appliance, the salts
contained in the water could lead to the for-
mation of scale residues in the humidifier
