Diagnosing a problem / Diagnostiquer un problème
If the temperature indication on the refrigerator compartment goes below 4°C then call a
maintenance engineer to look at the thermostat control.
If the temperature is above 7°C then:
Check the door is closed and sealing properly – If seals are damaged then report this and
get the seals changed.
Check that the thermometer is reading correctly – The thermometer sensor is on the inside
back face. Use something of known temperature to assess the calibration of the
thermometer. Also check the compartment temperature with a portable thermometer e.g.
glass/alcohol type.
Check the mains supply.
Check if the unit has been receiving electricity within the allowed tolerance of voltage in the
recent past.
Check connection to the mains.
If mains ok check that the green light on the Automatic Voltage Protector (ASP) is lit. If not,
call an electrical engineer to look at the Automatic Voltage Protector (ASP).
If 3,4,5 & 6 all appear to be in order then remove the vaccines to safe location and,
ensuring constant supply of electricity, monitor the refrigerators progress over a 1 week
period.
W hen the compressor is running the fan should also operate – It should be possible to
hear the running of the fan and feel air blowing out of the front vent at the top of the
refrigerator.

• Si la température est supérieure à 7 ° C alors :
• Vérifiez que la porte est fermée et sceller correctement - Si les joints sont endommagés
alors Signaler cela et les joints ont changé .
• Vérifiez que le thermomètre est en train de lire correctement - La sonde du thermomètre
est sur la face arrière à l'intérieur . Utilisez quelque chose de température connue pour
l'évaluer l'étalonnage du thermomètre. Vérifiez également la température du
compartiment avec un thermomètre ex portable verre / Type esprit .
• Vérifier l'alimentation secteur .
• Vérifiez si l'appareil a reçu électricité dans la tolérance admise de la tension dans le
passé récent .
• Vérifiez la connexion au réseau électrique.
• Si secteur ok Vérifiez que le voyant vert sur la protection automatique de tension ( ASP)
est allumé. Sinon, appeler un ingénieur électricien de regarder le Voltage Protector
automatique ( ASP).
• Si tous les 3,4,5 et 6 semblent être dans l'ordre puis retirer les vaccins dans un endroit
sûr et assurer l'approvisionnement constant en électricité , réfrigérateurs suivre les
progrès sur une période de 1 semaine.
• Lorsque le compresseur est en marche le ventilateur devrait également fonctionner - il
devrait être possible d'entendre le fonctionnement du ventilateur de soufflage d'air et la
sensation de l'évent avant au -dessus du réfrigérateur .
