STABILEAL
Applicazioni
1. Il sistema scarico fumi STABILE AL può essere utilizzato solo
per generatori civili funzionanti con combustibili gassosi e per
impianti di ventilazione.
2. Il sistema STABILE AL è certificato per ricevere i prodotti della
combustione con temperature fino a 200°C.
3. Il sistema STABILE AL è adatto per essere installato come
condotto e condotto intubato singolo o multiplo in conformità
alla norma UNI 7129.
Istruzioni d'installazione
1. I componenti della linea STABILE AL devono essere installati
solo da personale qualificato.
2. Installare secondo le modalità definite dal costruttore del
generatore di calore.
3. Prima di effettuare qualunque operazione si raccomanda di
togliere
l'alimentazione
elettrica
dall'apparecchio
riferimento al manuale dell'apparecchio stesso).
4. Gli elementi vanno installati con la freccia (stampata
sull'etichetta del singolo pezzo) orientata nella direzione dei
fumi (femmina verso l'alto).
5. Assemblare gli elementi accertandosi che la guarnizione
(premontata sul pezzo) rimanga nella propria sede e che
non venga danneggiata durante l'assemblaggio stesso.
Se necessario, lubrificare la guarnizione con lo speciale
scivolante (cod. AC SCISP) per facilitare l'innesto dei vari
componenti. Al fine di evitare il deterioramento delle
guarnizioni, NON UTILIZZARE lubrificanti destinati ad altri
impieghi (olio motore, olio per circuiti idraulici, olio vegetale
o animale).
6. Dove previsto, installare il separatore di condense (cod. 10540)
oppure il raccoglitore (cod. 10076) in abbinamento al raccordo
a T (cod. 10073).
7. Applicare un supporto murale ogni 1.8 mt., se ne consiglia
comunque uno ad ogni elemento rettilineo e di posizionare un
supporto murale dopo ogni spostamento.
8. La distanza minima di ogni componente da eventuali materiali
combustibili adiacenti è riportata nelle designazioni indicate
nelle etichette di prodotto e nella "D.o.P.".
9. Qualora l'installazione comportasse modifiche strutturali dei
componenti, decadrà la garanzia della casa e la responsabilità
del produttore.
10. Per qualsiasi altra informazione tecnica consultare il libretto
d'uso e manutenzione e/o manuale tecnico del sistema
STABILE AL.
Manutenzione
1. Per mantenere inalterate nel tempo le caratteristiche tecniche
e prestazionali dei prodotti, si consiglia di controllare e/o pulire
la linea STABILE AL in base alle Leggi e/o Normative vigenti.
2. Escludendo diverse disposizioni legislative, si consiglia di
controllare/pulire la linea STABILE AL almeno una volta
all'anno.
3. La pulizia della linea STABILE AL dovrà essere eseguita con
attrezzature adeguate nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative
in materia di tutela della sicurezza e della salute dei lavoratori.
4. Per la pulizia delle pareti interne della linea STABILE AL si
dovrà utilizzare una spugna, un panno o una spazzola di plastica
morbida. NON UTILIZZARE SPAZZOLE, SPUGNE O PANNI
ABRASIVI. Non utilizzare solventi aggressivi o acidi.
5. Dove installato un sistema di raccolta della condensa,
verificare il corretto smaltimento di quest'ultima e se
necessario pulire o sostituire le parti interessate.
6. In corrispondenza della manutenzione programmata, ai fini
di mantenere un elevato standard di sicurezza, si consiglia di
verificare
l'integrità
delle
guarnizioni
qualvolta gli elementi della linea STABILE AL vengono smontati,
sostituendo, se necessario, le guarnizioni con ricambi
originali, rieseguendo i test di tenuta (H1).
Stoccaggio
1. Tutti i prodotti della linea STABILE AL escono dalla fabbrica
confezionati in scatole di cartone, regolarmente etichettati per
tipologia di prodotto.
2. Conservare i singoli elementi e/o accessori in luoghi adeguati,
al riparo da possibili urti e in condizioni di protezione
generale da tutti quegli agenti che potrebbero danneggiarli.
STABILE S.p.A. non risponde di eventuali danni causati da
incuria, inappropriato stoccaggio e utilizzo.
Applications
1. The STABILE AL system can be used only for civil appliances
working with gaseous combustibles and for ventilation
systems.
2. The STABILE AL system is certified for receiving the
combustion products with temperatures not exceding 200°C.
3. The STABILE AL system is suitable for being installed as duct
and as relined single or multiple duct in compliance with the
current regulations.
Installation instructions
1. The components of the line STABILE AL shall be installed only
by high skilled workmen.
2. Install in accordance with the prescriptions given by the
manufacturer of the heat generator.
3. Before any operation we recommend to unplug the appliance
(fare
(refer to the manual of the appliance).
4. The elements shall be installed with the arrow (marked on the
label of every single piece) pointing towards the direction of
the flue gases (female side upwards).
5. Install the elements making sure that the gasket (pre-mounted
on the piece) remains in its seat and that it is not damaged
during the assembly. Where appropriate, lubricate the gasket
with the special lubricant (art. code AC SCISP) to facilitate the
coupling of the various components. In order to avoid the
deterioration of the gaskets, DO NOT USE lubricants intended
for other uses (motor oil, oil for hydraulic circuits, vegetal or
animal oil).
6. Where appropriate, install the condensate separator (art. code
10540) or the collector (art. code 10076) together with the Tee
(art. code 10073).
7. Apply a wall support every 1,8mt., we suggest in any case one
wall support at every straight element and one at every shift.
8. The minimum distance for every component from any
adjacent combustible material is provided in the designations
marked on the product labels and in the "D.o.p.".
9. If
the
installation
components,

will
responsibility of the Manufacturer.
10. For any further technical information, please refer to the use
and maintenance manual and/or to the technical manual of the
STABILE AL system.
Maintenance
1. In order to keep the prescribed technical and operating
conditions of the products unchanged in time, we suggest to
check and clean the line STABILE AL in accordance with the
current regulations and laws.
2. Except any different provision, we suggest to check/clean the
line STABILE AL at least once a year.
3. The cleaning of the line STABILE AL shall be performed using
the appropriate tools and in accordance with the provisions
regarding the health and the safety of workers.
4. For the cleaning of the inner walls of the line STABILE AL you
shall use a sponge a cloth, or a soft plastic scrubber (do not use
any abrasive brush). Do not use aggressive or acid solvents.
5. Where a system of condensate collection is installed, check the
proper disposal of the condensates and, where appropriate,
clean or replaces the necessary parts.
6. At the semi-annual scheduled maintenance, in order to keep
a high safety level, we suggest to check the integrity of the
sealing gaskets whenever the elements of the line STABILE AL

are disassembled, to replace, where appropriate, the gaskets
with original spare parts and to re-perform the tightness tests
(H1).
Storage
1. All the products of the line STABILE AL leave the factory packed
in carton boxes, regularly labeled by product type.
2. Store every element and / or accessory in adequate places,
safe from possible shocks and in conditions of general
protection from all agents that might damage them. STABILE
S.p.A. is not responsible for any damage caused by negligence,
inappropriate storage and use.
Applications
1. Le système STABILE AL peut être utilisé uniquement pour les
appareils civils qui travaillent avec des matières combustibles
gazeux et pour les systèmes de ventilation.
2. Le système STABILE AL est certifié pour recevoir les produits
de la combustion avec des températures qui ne dépassent pas
les 200°C.
3. Le système STABILE AL est adapté pour être installé comme
conduit ou conduit intubé single ou multiple en conformité
avec les réglementations en vigueur.
Instructions d'installation
1. Les composants de la gamme STABILE AL doivent être installés
uniquement par des ouvriers hautement qualifiés.
2. Installez en conformité avec les prescriptions fournies par le
fabricant du générateur de chaleur.
3. Avant toute opération, nous vous recommandons de
débrancher l'appareil (reportez-vous au manuel de l'appareil).
4. Les éléments doivent être installés avec la flèche (marqué sur
l'étiquette de chaque pièce) pointant dans la direction des gaz
de combustion (côté vers le haut).
5. Installez les éléments en s'assurant que le joint (prémonté sur
la pièce) reste dans son siège et qu'il n'est pas endommagé lors
du montage. Le cas échéant, lubrifier le joint avec le lubrifiant
spécial (réf. AC SCISP) pour faciliter le couplage des différents
composants. Afin d'éviter la détérioration des joints, NE PAS
utiliser des lubrifiants destinés à d'autres usages (huile moteur,
huile pour circuits hydrauliques, l'huile végétale ou animale).
6. Le cas échéant, installez le séparateur de condensat (art. Code
10540) ou le collecteur (réf. 10076) avec le T (réf. 10073).
7. Montez un support mural tous les 1,8 m., Nous vous
conseillons en tout cas un support mural après chaque
élément droit et une après chaque déplacement.
8. La distance minimale pour chaque composant des matériaux
combustibles adjacents est indiquée dans les désignations sur
les étiquettes de produit et dans la "D.o.P.".
9. Si l'installation exige des changements structurels des

10. Pour toute information technique supplémentaire, référez-
vous s'il vous plaît au manuel d'utilisation et d'entretien et / ou
le manuel technique du système STABILE AL.
Maintenance
1. Afin de maintenir les conditions techniques et d'exploitation
requises des produits inchangées dans le temps, nous vous
conseillons de vérifier / nettoyer la gamme STABILE AL en
conformité avec les règlements et lois en vigueur.
2. Sauf toute disposition différente, nous vous conseillons de
vérifier / nettoyer la gamme STABILE AL au moins une fois par
an.
3. Le nettoyage de la gamme STABILE AL doit être effectuée en
utilisant les outils appropriés et en conformité avec les
dispositions concernant la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs;
4. Pour le nettoyage des parois intérieures de la gamme STABILE
AL utilisez une éponge ou un laveur de plastique souple (ne
pas utiliser de brosse abrasive). Ne pas utiliser de solvants
agressifs ou acides.
5. Si un système de récupération des condensats est installé,
vérifiez la mise au rebut des condensats et, le cas échéant, pro-
pre ou remplace les pièces nécessaires.
6. A l'entretien semi-annuel prévu, afin de maintenir un haut
niveau de sécurité, nous vous conseillons de vérifier l'intégrité
des joints d'étanchéité chaque fois que les éléments de la ligne
STABILE AL sont démontés, pour remplacer, le cas échéant, les
joints avec des pièces de rechange d'origine et de ré-exécuter
les tests d'étanchéité (H1).
Stockage
1. Tous les composants de la gamme STABILE AL sont expédiées
de l'usine emballées dans boites en carton régulièrement
étiquetés par type de produit.
2. Conservez les éléments et / ou accessoires dans des endroits
adéquats, à l'abri des chocs éventuels et dans des conditions
de protection générale contre tous les agents qui pourraient
les endommager. STABILE S.p.A. n'est pas responsable de tout
dommage causé par la négligence, le stockage et l'utilisation
inappropriée.
