Applicazioni
1. Il sistema scarico fumi STABILE PAB nasce per essere utilizzato
con apparecchi a condensazione, tuttavia il sistema STABILE
PAB può essere utilizzato con qualsiasi generatore di calore a
combustibile gassoso o liquido dove sia garantito che la
temperatura massima dei prodotti della combustione non superi
i 120°C. Può inoltre essere utilizzato per cappe da cucina e
condotti di adduzione/estrazione aria, sempre con temperature
non superiori a 120°C.
2. Il sistema STABILE PAB è adatto per essere installato come
condotto, canale di esalazione, condotto intubato singolo e
multiplo e come canna fumaria collettiva intubata, in rispondenza
alle norme UNI 7129:2015 e UNI 11528:2014.
3. Il sistema scarico fumi STABILE PAB è compatibile con tutti i
prodotti delle linee STABILE atti a ricevere i fumi da combustione
con temperatura non superiore ai 120°C (Caldaie di "Tipo C" a
condensazione).
Istruzioni d'installazione
1. I componenti del sistema scarico fumi STABILE PAB devono
essere installati solo da personale altamente qualificato e
abilitato alla professione in accordo con le normative vigenti
(D.M. 37/08).
2. Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di installazione o
manutenzione, si raccomanda di togliere l'alimentazione elettrica
dal
generatore
di
calore
(fare
dell'apparecchio stesso).
3. Accertarsi, prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di installazione, che
la designazione di prodotto presente sull'etichetta, sia idonea al
tipo di installazione da effettuare.
4. Il sistema STABILE PAB può essere installato all'interno degli
edifici e all' interno di cavedi, vani tecnici e camini esistenti.
5. Installare gli elementi mantenendo la femmina verso l'alto.
6. Assemblare gli elementi accertandosi che la guarnizione in EPDM
rimanga nella sua sede e che non venga danneggiata durante
l'assemblaggio. Se necessario lubrificare con scivolante spray
(AC SCISP) il maschio prima dell'inserimento nella femmina.
7. Dopo aver verificato tramite videoispezione l'integrità strutturale,
la mancanza di scorie o fuliggine del camino/canna fumaria da
intubare, procedere con l'installazione. La posa dovrà avvenire
dall'alto verso il basso inserendo la tubazione con l'aiuto di un
cavo; prestare particolare attenzione affinché eventuali sporgenze
o spigoli vivi non danneggino la tubazione stessa.
8. Per l'intubamento del camino/canna fumaria fare sempre
riferimento alla norme UNI 7129:2015 e UNI 11528:2014.
9. Durante la fase di intubamento del camino/canna fumaria
posizionare sul tubo le fascette di centraggio/bloccaggio (PAFC
01/PSFF 01) ed eventuali elementi di ispezione (PABEI 83) dopo
ogni cambio di direzione.
10. Alla base del camino prevedere il raccordo a tee (PABRT 07) con
relativo tappo di scarico condensa e sifone (PABTC 85 e PASC 41).
Nel caso il fabbricante dichiari che l'apparecchio è idoneo a ricevere
le condense anche del condotto intubato è possibile utilizzare
alla base una curva a 90° (PABSC 90), in tal caso, il sistema
intubato deve essere protetto con un dispositivo antipioggia.
11. Terminata l'installazione del camino/canna fumaria e prima
di mettere in esercizio l'impianto, effettuare le verifiche come
previsto dalla norma UNI 7129:2015 e UNI 11528:2014.
12. La distanza minima di ogni componente da eventuali materiali
combustibili adiacenti è riportata nella designazione indicata
sulle etichette di prodotto e nella "DoP".
13. Per qualsiasi altra informazione tecnica, consultare il libretto
d'uso e manutenzione e/o il manuale tecnico del sistema
STABILE PAB.
Manutenzione
1. La manutenzione dell'impianto fumario deve essere eseguita
da personale qualificato secondo la legislazione vigente (D.M.
37/08).
2. La manutenzione e il controllo dell'impianto fumario va eseguita
secondo la legislazione vigente (D.P.R. 74/13) e/o eventuali
prescrizioni regionali.
3. Escludendo diverse disposizioni normative e legislative, per
mantenere inalterate nel tempo le caratteristiche tecniche e
prestazionali dei prodotti, si consiglia di controllare e/o pulire il
sistema STABILE PAB almeno una volta l'anno.
4. Le verifiche e i controlli del sistema STABILE PAB dovranno
essere eseguite secondo le norme UNI 7129:2015, UNI
10738:2012 e UNI 10845, utilizzando attrezzature e strumenti
adeguati, nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative in materia
di tutela della sicurezza e della salute dei lavoratori.
5. Per la pulizia delle pareti interne del sistema STABILE PAB si
dovrà utilizzare una spugna, un panno o una spazzola di
plastica morbida. NON UTILIZZARE SPAZZOLE, SPUGNE O PANNI
ABRASIVI. Non utilizzare solventi aggressivi o acidi.
6. In corrispondenza della manutenzione programmata, ai fini
di mantenere un elevato standard di sicurezza, si consiglia di
verificare l'integrità delle guarnizioni di tenuta ogni qualvolta gli
elementi del sistema camino STABILE PAB vengono smontati,
sostituendo, se necessario, le guarnizioni con ricambi originali.
Stoccaggio
1. I componenti della linea STABILE PAB escono dalla fabbrica,
regolarmente etichettati per tipologia di prodotto con i dati
previsti dalla norma di riferimento (UNI 14471:2005).
2. Conservare gli elementi e/o accessori in luoghi adeguati
al riparo da possibili urti, raggi solari ultravioletti (UV) e in
condizioni di protezione generale da tutti quegli agenti che
potrebbero danneggiarli. STABILE S.p.A. non risponde di eventuali
danni causati da incuria o inappropriato stoccaggio e utilizzo.

Applications
1. The flue system STABILE PAB is conceived to be used
condensing appliances, however the flue system STABILE PAB
can be used with every heat generator working with a gaseous
or liquid combustible where the maximum temperature does
not exceed 120°C. Furthermore it can be used for kitchen
extractor hoods and for air supply/extraction ducts as long as the
temperatures do not exceed 120°C.
2. The STABILE PAB system is suitable for being installed as flue
duct, connecting flue pipe, single and multiple rigid flue liner and
like relined combined chimney, in accordance with the current
regulations.
3. The flue system STABILE PAB is compatible with all the products
of the lines STABILE suitable for conveying combustion flue
gases with a temperature, which does not exceed 120°C ("Type
C" condensing boilers).
Installation instructions
1. The components of the flue system STABILE PAB shall be
installed only by high skilled workers in compliance with the
current regulations.
2. Before carrying out any installation or maintenance, we
recommend to unplug the heat generator (please refer to the
manual of the appliance itself).

3. Before any kind of installation, make sure that the product
designation marked on the label of the item is suitable for the type
of installation to perform.
4. The STABILE PAB system can be installed inside buildings, inside
a shaft, in technical spaces and inside pre-existing chimneys.
5. Install the elements keeping the female side upwards.
6. Install the elements making sure that the EPDM gasket remains
in its seat and that it is not damaged during the assembly. Where
appropriate, lubricate the male side with the spray lubricant (art.
code AC SCISP) the female one.
7. After verifying - through a video-inspection - the structural
integrity, the lack of slag, soot inside the chimney/flue to reline,
proceed with the installation. The installation shall be done from
the top downwards by inserting the hose with the aid of a cable;
be particularly careful that possible protrusions or sharp edges
do not damage the hose.
8. When relining a chimney/flue duct, always refer to your national
regulation of installation.
9. During the relining of the chimney/flue position the centering/
fixing bands (PAFC 01/PSFF 01) and an inspection element
(PABEI 83) after every shift.
10. At the base of the chimney, provide a 90° Tee piece (PABRT 07)
with a condensation drain cap and a siphon (PABTC 85 and PASC
41). In case the producer declares that the device is suitable for
receiving the condensates also through the flue liner, you can
apply a 90° elbow (PABSC 90) at the base, but the relined system
shall be protected with an anti-rain device.
11. After completing the installation of the chimney/flue duct, and
before putting the system into operation, always perform the
tests as prescribed by the current national laws/regulations.
12. The minimum distances of every component from adjacent
combustible materials is provided in the designation - indicated
in every item label - and in the D.o.P.
13. For any further technical information, please refer to the
maintenance booklet and/or to the technical manual of STABILE
PAB system.
Maintenance
1. The maintenance of the flue system shall be performed by
qualified personnel under current legislation.
2. The maintenance and the control of the flue system shall be
performed under current legislation and/or local prescriptions.
3. Except for any regulatory and legislative provision, in order
to keep the technical and performance characteristics of the
products unchanged over time, we suggest to check and/or to
clean the coaxial chimney system STABILE PAB at least once a
year.
4. The tests and the controls on the coaxial chimney system
STABILE PAB shall be performed using appropriate equipment
and tools in accordance with the current legislations and with the
provisions regarding the safety and the health of workers.
5. For the cleaning of the internal walls of the system STABILE PAB,
use a sponge, or a soft plastic scrubber. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE
BRUSHES, SPONGES OR CLOTHS. Do not use aggressive or acid
solvents.
6. At every scheduled maintenance, in order to keep a high safety
standard, we suggest to check the integrity of the sealing gaskets
whenever disassembling the elements of the system STABILE
PAB, by replacing - where appropriate - the gaskets with original
spare parts.
Storage
1. All the components of the line STABILE PAB leave the factory
packed in white carton boxes of different sizes according to the
purchased diameter or individually, regularly labeled by product
type with the data required by the reference product standard
(UNI 14471:2005).
2. Store the elements and/or accessories in adequate places, safe
from possible shocks, UV rays and in conditions of general
protection from all agents that might damage them. STABILE
S.p.A. is not responsible for any damage caused by negligence,
inappropriate storage and use.

Applications
1. Le conduit de fumées STABILE PAB est conçu pour être utilisé
avec chaudières à condensation, mais le système de combustion
STABILE PAB peut être utilisé avec tous les générateurs de
chaleur travaillant avec un combustible gazeux ou liquide où la
température maximale ne dépasse pas 120°C. En outre, il peut
être utilisé pour la cuisine hottes et des conduits d'alimentation
/ extraction d'air tant que les températures ne dépassent pas
120°C.
2. Le système STABILE PAB est adapté pour être installé comme
conduit de fumées, conduit de raccordement, conduit canalisé
simple et multiple, et comme conduit de cheminée collective
canalisé, en conformité avec les règlementations en vigueur.
3. Le conduit de fumées STABILE PAB est compatible avec tous les
produits des gammes STABILE appropriés pour l'évacuation des
fumées de combustion à une température qui ne dépasse pas
120 ° C (chaudières à condensation de type «C»).
Instructions d'installation
1. Les composants du conduit de fumées STABILE PAB doivent être
installés uniquement par des ouvriers hautement qualifiés en
conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur.
2. Avant toute opération d'installation ou maintenance, on
vous recommande de débrancher le générateur de chaleur
(reportes-vous au manuel de l'appareil même).
3. Avant toute installation assurez-vous que la désignation de
produit indiquée sur l'étiquette est approprié pour le type
d'installation que vous devez effectuer.
4. Le système STABILE PAB peut être installé à l'intérieur de
bâtiments, à l'intérieur d'espaces techniques, locaux techniques
et cheminées préexistants.
5. Installez les éléments en gardant le côté femelle vers le haut.
6. Installez les éléments en s'assurant que le joint en EPDM
reste dans son siège et qu'il n'est pas endommagé pendant le
montage. Le cas échéant, lubrifiez le côté mâle avec le lubrifiant
de pulvérisation (réf. AC SISP) avant de l'atteler avec le côté
femelle.
7. Après avoir vérifié à travers une vidéo-inspection l'intégrité
structurelle, l'absence de scories ou suie dans la cheminée à
intuber, procédez avec l'installation. L'installation doit être fait de
haut en bas par l'insertion du tuyau avec l'aide d'un câble; soyez
particulièrement prudent que des saillies ou des arêtes vives
n'endommagent pas le tuyau.
8. Pour la canalisation du cheminée/conduit de fumée, référez-vous
toujours aux normes d'installation nationales.
9. Pendant la canalisation du conduit de cheminée montez des
colliers de centrage/fixation (PAFC 01/PSFF 01) et un élément
d'inspection (PAEI83) après chaque déplacement.
10. A la base du cheminée, utilisez un T à 90° (PABRT 07) avec un
tampon de condensats et un siphon (PABTC 85 e PASC 41). En
cas le fabricant déclare que l'appareil est adapté pour recevoir
les condensats même à travers du conduit canalisé, à la base il
est possible utiliser une coude à 90° (PABSC 90), mais le système
canalisée doit être protégé par un dispositif parapluie.
11. Après avoir terminée l'installation du cheminée/conduit de fumée
et avant de mettre en fonction le système, toujours effectuer les
tests prévus par les lois/réglementations nationales actuelles.
Respectez strictement les prescriptions données dans la "Déclar-
ation de performance No. 11-Dop-01.07.2013".
12. Les distances minimales des matériaux combustibles adjacents
de chaque composant sont indiquées dans la désignation
marquée sur les étiquettes de produit et dans la «Dop».
13. Pour toutes informations techniques supplémentaires, consultez
la brochure d'utilisation et maintenance et/ou le manuel
technique du système STABILE PAB.
Maintenance
1. La maintenance du conduit de fumées doit être faite par du
personnel qualifié en vertu de la législation en vigueur.
2. La maintenance et la vérification du conduit de fumées doit
être faite conformément à la législation en vigueur et/ou aux
réglementations locales.
3. Sauf toute disposition normative ou législative différente, afin
de garder les caractéristiques techniques et les performances
des produits inchangées dans le temps, on vous conseille de
contrôler et/ou nettoyer le système de cheminée coaxiale
STABILE PAB au moins une fois par an.
4. Les vérifications et les contrôles du système de cheminée
coaxiale STABILE PAB devront être faites conformément aux
réglementations en vigueur, en utilisant un équipement et des
outils appropriés et en conformité avec les dispositions
concernant la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs.
5. Pour le nettoyage des parois intérieures du système de cheminée
coaxiale STABILE PAB on doit utiliser une éponge ou un laveur
en plastique souple. NE PAS UTILISER DES BROSSES OU DES
LAVEURS ABRASIVES. Ne pas utiliser des solvants agressifs ou
acides.
6. Lors de la maintenance planifiée, afin de maintenir un haut
niveau de sécurité, on vous conseille de vérifier l'intégrité des
joints d'étanchéité chaque fois qu'on démonte les éléments du
système STABILE PAB en remplaçant, si nécessaire, les joints
avec des pièces d'origine.
Stockage
1. Tous les composants de la gamme STABILE PAB sont expédiées
de l'usine emballées dans des cartons blancs de différentes
tailles selon le diamètre acheté ou individuellement, régulièrement
marqué par type de produit avec les données requises
par la norme de produit de référence (UNI 14471:2005).
2. Conservez les éléments et / ou accessoires dans des endroits
adéquats, à l'abri des chocs éventuels, les rayons UV et dans
des conditions de protection générale contre tous les agents
qui pourraient les endommager. STABILE S.p.A. n'est pas
responsable de tout dommage causé par la négligence, le
stockage et l'utilisation inappropriée.
