Instructions for use IB 30 CLASSIC - LUXE
- Insert the iron cord support (9) in the opening of the steam generator and hang the mono-tube (13).
The iron cord support prevent the unwanted movement of the garments as well as the "wear" of the
mono-tube.

Before you start ironing

The IB 30 is available in two basic models:
• CLASSIC: ironing board with a heated surface, suction and blowing function.
• LUXE: ironing board with a heated surface, suction and blowing function, a boiler and a professional
iron.

Before starting the appliance for the first time
Always remember that an improper use of the electric current may be fatal. Please, carefully read the
indications on page 18/19 and follow these safety instructions:
• Never touch the iron soleplate when in use.
• Keep the iron soleplate away from the cable.
• Pay attention the steam is never directed toward people or animals.
• Clean the appliance only when unplugged and when it has completely cooled down.

Starting the appliance

• Insert the plug of the ironing board into the mains socket 22
• Turn the appliance on [mains switch (7)].
• Pushing the on/off button the ironing board starts warming as well. A built-in thermostat steadily con-
trols the warming temperature of the ironing board. While warming-up the appliance may emit some
noises. It is a normal phenomenon, that should not alarm you.
