Prozess starten und Beenden:
Regelung starten, in der Mode-
MAN Anzeige erscheint "H1" (LED
"MAN" leuchtet)
Falls eine Absenk-Rampe gefahren wird,
erscheint die noch verbleibende Absenk-
zeit alternierend mit der Modusanzeige
"H1". Am Prozessende zeigt das Mode-
Display "End". Nach weiteren 3 Minuten
erfolgt automatisch die Belüftung der
Prozesskammer.
Wird die "MAN"-Taste während des Pro-
zesses ein zweites Mal gedrückt, so läuft
die Apparartur gegen Endvakuum.
Regelung beenden,
STOP
Prozesskammer belüften.

Start and stop process:
start controlling,

If a pressure decrease is programmed,
the remaining decrease time is displayed
alternating with the operation mode "H1".
When the process is finished the Mode-
display shows "End". After 3 more Min-
utes the process chamber is vented
automatically.
If the "MAN"-key is pressed a second time
during the process, the process chamber
is evacuated with maximum pump speed.

Démarrage et arrêt du processus :
the Mode- démarrage du contrôle, la fe-
MAN nêtre Mode affiche "H1" (le
voyant "MAN" est allumé)
Si une baisse de pression est program-
mée, le temps de baisse restant est affi-
ché en alternance avec le mode de
fonctionnement "H1". A la fin du proces-
sus, la fenêtre Mode affiche "End". Après
3 minutes ultérieure la chambre preces-
sus est ventilée automatiquement.
Si la touche "MAN" est pressée une deu-
xième fois pendant le processus, la
chambre de processus est évacuée au
moyen de la pompe à vitesse maximale.
