FITTING KIT
- 2 reinforced plastic clamps (with steel axis)
- 4 plastic half-rings thick
- 2 metallic rings (for holed screws)
- 2 bent metallic bars Ø10
- 2 holed screws Ø8×40
- 2 M8 blind nuts
- 4 large screws and nuts in plastic injected
-2 M8 washers
ASSEMBLY
- Place the clamps on the handlebar by using, if necessary,
one or several half-rings thick in order to adjust the handlebar
diameter.
- Assemble the bent metallic bars on the rings as shown on
the photo.
- Then fit the windshield with the large plastic screws.
- Adjust the position of the windshield and lock firmly the
clamps.
NB: for greater strength of your plastic collars, a moisture
period is required after injection: soak collars in hot water
and let cool 12 hours to room temperature.
Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged. Ermax accessories are foreseen for
original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions. Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products
might need adjusting to fit.
