Fitting kit
- 4 « silent block » with steel spacer
- 4 BHc 6x20 screws
- 3 fitting brackets
- 2 pieces of aluminium nettings 13x8 cm
Assembly
- Remove the original belly pan. Keep the right-hand-side bracket and replace the left-hand-side
one by the 2 provided one. Then place them as indicated on the photo.
- Put the "silent blocks" on the belly pan by placing the steel spacer with the collar outwards.
- Assemble both parts of the belly pan thanks to the remaining bracket and the provided BHc 5x10
screws, M5 nuts and the Ø5 washers (the bracket is located under the belly pan).
- Place the belly pan on the motorbike and fit it with the 4 BHc 6x20 screws.
- Avoid an excessive torque not to damage the paint of the item.
- Aluminium railings are one option. They take place at the air intakes with stick for windshield
(polyurethane stick).
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with engine and has to be far
enough from complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little
modified in order to adjust the accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
