• Odkręcić mocowanie tłumika od obudowy wewnętrznej zderzaka.
• Odkręcić zderzak wraz z obudową wewnętrzną zderzaka (nie będzie już wykorzystana)
• Odkręcić tłumik oraz osłonę termiczną.
• Wyjąć gumowe zaślepki otworów podłużnic.
• W podłużnice wsunąć elementy C i D i poprzez technologiczne otwory w podłużnicach
przykręcić lekko śrubami M10x40 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Belkę haka przykręcić do zderzaka wykorzystując śruby M6
(pozostały one po odkręceniu wypełnienia zderzaka).
• Belkę główną haka A wraz ze zderzakiem przykręcić lekko do tylnego pasa śrubami
M10x40 8.8 (pkt 3) oraz do elementów: C śrubami M12x70 8.8 (pkt 2) i D śrubami M12x40 8.8 (pkt 2).
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Do elementów przy belce głównej haka przykręcić mocowanie tłumika.
• Zamontować osłonę termiczną oraz tłumik.
• Dokręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the reinforcement of the damper from the inside casing of the bumper.
• Unscrew the bumper and its inside casing (it will not be used any more).
• Unscrew the damper and thermal shield.
• Remove the rubber plugs from the holes of the metal clamps.
• Insert the elements C and D in the metal clamps and screw slightly with bolts M10x35 8.8,
through the technological holes in the metal clamps (point 1).
• Screw the main bar to the bumper using bolts M6
(they stayed after twisting o the lling of the bumper ).
• Screw the main bar A and bumper to the rear belt with bolts M10x35 8.8 (point 3) and
to the elements: C with bolts M12x70 8.8 (point 2) and D with bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Screw the reinforcement of the damper to the elements by the main bar.
• Assemble the thermal shield and damper.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Dévisser la xation de silencieux de l'enveloppe interne de pare-chocs,
• Dévisser le pare-chocs avec son enveloppe interne (elle ne sera plus utilisées),
• Dévisser le silencieux et son enveloppe thermique,
• Enlever le bouchons en gomme des ouvertures de longerons,
• Introduire les éléments C et D et ensuite visser legèrement par les boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 1)
à travers les ouvertures de longerons,
• Visser la traverse de crochet au pare-chocs par les boulons M6
(à réutiliser après dépose de pare-chocs),
• Visser legèrement la traverse principale de crochet A avec le pare-chocs à l'élément arrière par les
boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 3) et aux éléments: C par les boulons M12x70 8.8 (point 2)
et D par boulons M12x40 8.8 (point 2),
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau,
• Visser la xation de silencieux aux éléments attenants à la traverse principale de crochet,
• Monter l'enveloppe thermique de silencieux,
• Serrer le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique,
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
