TROUBLESHOOTING
Warning: When performing maintenance operations, always
lubricate parts with silicone grease (P/N 8500). You MUST NOT use
electrical or pneumatic tools. Use hand tools exclusively. When
removing internal spacers, use tools that have non-sharp tips to
avoid damaging components.
When it is necessary to disassemble over a third of the spacers, it is
recommended to replace all the O-ring gaskets.
Cause
Leak from the During the service, keep the valve in pressure and alternatively
drain of the disconnect pipes from fitting 2 and 4. If water leaks out from the pipe
distributor it means that the pilot connected to this pipe is damaged and must be
replaced. Otherwise, if water leaks out from the valve fitting it means
that the piston seal is damaged.
