Low voltage warning
If the voltage of the supply battery falls below 11.3V for more than 1 minute,
the warning symbol (6) appears on the display and an acoustic alarm sounds.
The acoustic alarm can be acknowledged by pressing the pump switch (2), but
the visual warning symbol (6) remains in place until the voltage again rises
above 11.6V.
Low voltage cut-off, EMERGENCY ON Function
If the voltage of the supply battery falls below 10.8V for more than 3 minutes,
the consumers are switched off via the main switching relay and the
corresponding circuit relay in a fuse-junction box or power supply (EVS) .
The consumers can be switched on again several times one after the other for 3
minutes by pressing the pump switch (2) (EMERGENCY ON Function). The
supply battery has to be charged up to a voltage of over 12.5 V in order to
reinstate normal operation.
If the voltage falls below 10V, the display changes into a quiescent state in
order to reduce consumption of electricity to a minimum. Here, in order to
return to normal operation the supply voltage must be charged to over 12.5V
too.
