If the good evinces a defect due to manufacturing or mate-
rials faults within 24 months of purchase, please send the
entire product including accessories and sales receipt to
Swissvoice Service Center

The Swissvoice Service Center will replace it with and
equivalent good or perform a repair. In the case of compo-
nents subject to wear (e. g. batteries) this period lasts for
6 months from the date of purchase.
