• Odkręcić zderzak.
• W tylnym pasie w zaznaczonych miejscach wykonać otwory 25.
• Od spodu w technologiczne otwory w podłużnicach włożyć plastikowe koszyczki z nakrętkami (pkt 1).
• Elementy haka C i D przyłożyć do podłużnic i przykręcić lekko śrubami M8x40 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Poprzez otwory w elementach C i D oraz w podłużnicach włożyć nakrętki M10 z płaskownikami i
przykręcić lekko śrubami M10x40 8.8 (pkt 2).
• Poprzez otwory w elementach C i D (pkt 3) na tylnym pasie wsunąć śruby M12x170 8.8. Na śruby
nałożyć tuleje dystansowe i przykręcić lekko belkę haka A.
• Skręcić belkę haka z elementami C i D śrubami M10x40 8.8 (pkt 4). Pomiędzy elementy haka C i D
oraz belkę A włożyć podkładki dystansowe 35 x12.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• W dolnej części zderzaka, w jego osi wykonać wycięcie o wymiarach 50x70.
• Przykręcić zderzak.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the bumper.
• Drill the holes 25 in the marked places, in the rear belt.
• Put the caget nuts of the bottom in the technological holes of the metal clamps (point 1).
• Put the elements C and D to the metal clamps and screw slightly with bolts M8x40 8.8 (point 1).
• Put the nuts M10 with plates through the holes
in the elements C and D and metal clamps and screw slightly with bolts M10x40 8.8 (point 2).
• Insert the bolts M12x170 8.8 through the holes in the elements C and D (point 3) on the rear belt.
Put the distance sleeves on these bolts and screw slightly the main bar A.
• Screw the main bar A to the elements C and D with bolts M10x40 8.8 (point 4). Insert distance
sleeves 35x12 between the elements C, D and the main bar A.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Cut out the fragment 50x70 in the lower part of the bumper, in its axle.
• Assemble the bumper.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Dévisser le pare-chocs.
• Dans la bande postérieure dans les lieux détérminés faire des trous 25.
• Inserer les corbeilles en plastique avec les écrous
dans les trous technologiques dans la partie inférieure des longerons (point 1).
• Mettre les éléments du crochet d'attelage C et D dans les longerons et serrer avec
les boulons M8x40 8.8 (point 1).
• A travers les trous dans les éléments C et D et dans les longerons inserer les écrous M10
avec les fer plats et serrer légèrement avec les boulons M10x40 8.8 (point 2).
• A travers les trous dans les éléments C et D (point 3) dans la bande postérieure inserer
les boulons M12x170 8.8. Inserer les douilles à vis sur les boulons
de distance et serrer légèrement la poutre du crochet d'attelage A.
• Serrer la poutre du crochet d'attelage avec les éléments C et D à l'aide des boulons M10x40 8.8 (point 4).
Inserer les rondelles de distance 35 x12 entre les éléments du crochet d'attelage C et D et la poutre.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Ouvrir la partie basse de pare-chocs de 50x70.
• Monter le pare-chocs.
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
