For repair orders outside of the warranty period, the
following shall apply:
If an appliance is repaired, the repair invoices are to be
paid immediately without any deduction.
If an appliance is examined and/or a repair that has been
started has not been completed, lump sums will be
calculated for travel expenses and work. Consultation with
our customer advisory service center shall be free of charge.
