    Important information on tanning Important information on tanning Skin types Skin type I (Sensitive): Invariably gets sunburn, accepts little natural sunlight and does not tan. Skin type II (Fair): Gets sunburn easily and severely, tans minimally or lightly and peels. Skin type III (Average): Often referred to as 'Average' complexion, gets moderate sunburns and tans about average.

    General General Definitions Operator People who provide tanning devices to users on a commercial basis. The operator is responsible for the orderly operation of the device as well as the compliance with the maintenance intervals. User A person who uses the tanning device at a commercial location. Staff People who are responsible for the operation, cleaning as well as general maintenance work and who instruct the users in the operation of the devices.
