• Zdemontować zderzak i górną osłonę.
• Odkręcić koło zapasowe i metalową osłonę z tylnej belki.
• Poprzez otwory w tylnej belce włożyć elementy D.
• Włożyć tuleje dystansowe E poprzez technologiczne otwory do belki.
• Przykręcić element A do belki śrubami M12x 110 (pkt1) stosując nakładkę C
oraz śrubami M16x50 (pkt2) wykorzystując element D.
• Metalową osłonę z tylnej belki przyciąć i zmontować tylko jej końce.
• Wycinamy w dolnej części zderzaka, w jego osi fragment 50x50.
• Przykręcamy zderzak, górną osłonę zderzaka i koło zapasowe.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem według tabeli.
• Dokręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 (pkt 3).
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the bumper and top shield.
• Unscrew the spare wheel and metal shield from the rear bar.
• Put the elements D through the holes in the rear bar.
• Put the distance sleeves E through the technological holes in the bar.
• Screw the element A to the main bar with bolts M12x110 8.8 (point 1) using plate C
and with bolts M16x50 8.8 (point 2) using element D.
• Cut back the metal shield from the rear bar and assemble only its ends.
• Cut out the fragment 50x50 in the lower part of the bumper, in its axle.
• Assemble the bumper, top shield of the bumper and spare wheel.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see
• the table.
• Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8
(point 3).
• Connect the electric wires.
• Démonter le pare-chocs et la protection supérieure.
• Dévisser la roue de secours et la protection métallique de la poutre arrière.
• Introduire les éléments D par les trous dans la poutre arrière.
• Mettre les douilles d'écartement E dans la poutre, à travers les trous technologiques.
• Visser l'élément A à la poutre, avec les boulons M12x110 (pt1), en utilisant la
protection C, et avec les boulons M16x50 (pt 2) en se servant de l'élément D.
• Découper la protection métallique de la poutre arrière et monter seulement ses
extrémités.
• Dans la partie inférieure du pare-chocs, dans son axe, couper un fragment aux
dimensions 50x50.
• Visser le pare-chocs, la protection supérieure du pare-chocs et la roue de secours.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Serrer la boule et la tôle de la prise électrique avec les boulons M12x70 (pt 3).
• Brancher l'installation électrique.
