FAULT FINDING

Problem
Rasping sound
during use
It does not operate
The music does not
play correctly
The sound is
echoed when you
press the music
key.
No sound from
earphones
It is not possible to
raise or lower the
backrest or footrest
It is not possible to
extend the footrest
normally.
If the above solutions do not solve the problem, switch the chair off and unplug it from the wall
socket, then get in touch with your Technical Assistance Service or local retailer, who will
remedy the fault.
Check the following
This is due to the construction of the chair or
friction between the massage rollers and the
leather upholstery,
Is it plugged into the electrical wall socket
It is switched off
The fuse has blown
The music is not MP3 format
The disc has not been inserted correctly
The disc is still going through the start-up
sequence
Incompatible music format
Make sure the earphones are plugged in.
Volume is too low or switched off
Is the backrest or footrest overloaded
The footrest is too close to the floor, which is
activating the floor proximity sensor.

Normal sound
Plug it in.
Switch it on
Replace the fuse with a
similar type
Change music format
Reinsert the disc
Wait 5-10 seconds before
selecting any music
The computer is checking
the MP3 files
Change the earphones.
Increase the volume
Reduce the load

or footrest.
Place the footrest in a
higher position.
