Diagnostic Management

In addition to the ProfiBus six byte standard diagnostic, the
interface provides both user diagnostic and static diagnostics
functions
The standard diagnostic management is fully compliant with the
ProfiBus specification.
During the start-up phase after power on, the first byte in the
user diagnostic area, can assume values different from zero.
This byte has the following meaning:



0-10000 Current
Motor current consumption
0-200 Power
Motor power adsorption
0-200 Power Limit Applied
Maximum allowable power
0-1500 Driving Frequency
Read the rotational speed of the pump
0-1500 Target Frequency
Read the target rotational speed
0-65536 Cycle Number
Number of cycles (start and stop) done by the pump
0-65536 Last Cycle Time
How long the last cycle lasted
0-65536 Pump Life
Total pump running time
- Pressure Reading
Reports the pressure reading in the "pressure unit"
selected by Par. Buff., Offset-20, B
Bit 0 = 1: controller not responds (RS485 link broken)
Bit 1 = 1: controller not identified (not compatible with the
ProfiBus gateway)
