1.6 Compliance with EC regulations

The CTx meets the necessary requirements for
electromagnetic Compatibility
regarding electronic
European regulations:
• 2004/108/EC of 15 December 2004
• 2006/95/EC of 12 December 2006

OUNTING TO
Install the CTx in a dry place free from any risk of
water damage. If installed outdoors, it must have
protection from the rain.
As an option the CTx can be supplied with
protection from rain and water (Protection rating
IP34).

Remove the protection case by unscrewing the

three screws indicated in Fig. 1.
Fasten the CTx via the 4 holes at the bottom, as

indicated in Fig. 2. Make sure the device is
fastened vertically to guarantee the proper
functioning when coins are inserted.
Proceed with the electrical connections as
•
indicated in chapter 3.
Replace the protection case as indicated in Fig.

WARNING: Make sure the CTx is installed
by
compliance with the regulations in effect
in the country where installation takes
place.
The cables entering the Ctx through the
appropriate grommets (Fig. 2) must be
double isolation cables.
Before using the CTx, configure it by
following the appropriate manual.
