Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the 7 Port USB 3.0 Metal Hub. This product has been designed to provide trouble
free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty and free lifetime technical support.
To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future reference.
This USB 3.0 Metal Hub provides seven USB 3.0 Type A SuperSpeed ports for connecting USB
peripherals to your computer. Backwards compatibility with USB 2.0/1.1/1.0 means the hub can
simultaneously support older USB peripherals or systems that lack USB 3.0 capabilities, extending their
lifetime and giving a greater return on investment. Each port features individual short circuit protection,
while the included power supply ensures secure and uninterrupted electricity supply.

Installation
Connect the USB 3.0 Hub to a free USB Type A port on your computer. Your computer will recognize the
new hardware and install any required drivers automatically.
Now you can attach up to seven USB devices as well as a power supply via the DC socket.
LED function:
The Power LED will be illuminated red, when the hub is connected to the host.
All device LEDs are illuminated red, when not connected to host, i.e when the USB cable is
disconnected from the PC.
The 7 LEDs of the USB ports will be iluminated green, when USB devices are connceted and active; when
connected and not active or defective, the corrsponding LED will illuminate red.
