¿Cuál es la autonomía del dispositivo?
Depende en gran medida de las condiciones de uso, como el nivel de brillo de la pantalla, el uso de auriculares
o del altavoz, o si el Wi-Fi está activado o desactivado. Aproximadamente la autonomía del Energy Tablet es
de hasta 7.5 horas de navegación Wi-Fi.

My Energy Tablet does not turn on, what I can do?
Make sure the battery is charged enough to power the device. If you still leaving it charging for at least 30
minutes without turning the system continues, there may be a problem with the operating system installed.

The built-in memory of the Energy™ Tablet s10 is 8GB, but the available memory is lower, why?
The Android™ operating system and the preinstalled applications need approximately 2,5GB of memory to
work. Therefore the available memory for additional data is lower.
7.
I upgraded the firmware and now i have no media files or wallpaper how i can retrieve the contents that came
pre-installed?
Before any system upgrade is recommended making a backup of everything you want to keep.
In MyEnergyTablet.com you will find not only all the content that came preinstalled on your Energy Tablet but
many more media files and additional wallpapers.

What should I do to let me install an application?
First make sure that the file has the extension install Android™ (. APK), second Android™ will ask you to
activate the installation of applications from "Unknown sources", this option is disabled for safety.
To authorize application installation just follow the instructions on screen the first time you try to install an
application: Settings / Applications / Unknown sources (activate).
9.
What 3G modems are supported?
You can use any 3G modem with Wi-Fi access, if your 3G modem does not have Wi-Fi you can use a Wi-Fi
adapter for 3G modems.

What is the autonomy of the device?
Depends largely on the conditions of use, as the brightness of the screen, using headphones or speaker, or if
the Wi-Fi is enabled or disabled. The autonomy of Energy Tablet s10 is up to 7.5 hours of Wi-Fi browsing.
