4 - (Fig.43) Inserire il perno spingimolla (1) nella spina dentata (10) e
successivamente la molla (2), avendo cura di ingrassare le suddette
parti prima di montarle.
5 - Inserire lo spinotto (3) nel foro della spina dentata (10) e successiva-
mente posizionare la rondella dentata (5) sull'estremità scanalata della
spina (10) che sporgerà dal supporto dei bracci (11) di alcuni millimetri.
Montare quindi la molla (8) facendone coincidere il diametro interno con
la rondella posta sulla rondella dentata (5).
Coprire con il cappellotto ( 7 ), inserire le viti (9), centrando i fori del
supporto bracci, quindi avvitarle.
4 - (Fig.43) Insert the spring pressure pin (1 ) into the hollow core of the
splined dowel pin (10) and then fit the spring (2). Grease the parts befo-
re assembling.
5 - Now insert pin (3) into the hollow core of the dowel pin (10 ) and
then fit collar (5) with splines on the inside diameter over the splines on
the dowel pin (10) (note that the splined dowel pin will protrude from the
arm bracket (11) by a few millimetres.
Fit the second spring (8) so that the inside diameter engages the
pre-assembled washer secured by the screw (5).
Fit cap ( 7 ) and insert screws (9) making sure they engage the holes on
the arm brackets, then tighten.
