required speed setting between 1 and 3.
- Place only small amounts of dough in the
feeder chute and use the pestle to press it
gently down into the worm-drive
housing. Always wait until the last
portion has been processed before re-

times when adding food into the feeder
chute.
- To change a disc, first remove the locking
ring and then set the control knob briefly
to 1; the disc is now pushed out. Take off
the disc and remove any visible dough
residue.
Insert the desired disc and re-fit and
tighten the locking-ring.
- After use, switch the appliance off and
remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Press down the slide lock and remove the
worm drive housing from the main unit.
- Press down the slide lock and replace the
cover in such a way that the pin of the
slide lock protrudes into the opening in
the cover.
- Immediately after use, all attachments
and accessories must be thoroughly
cleaned as described in the section
General care and cleaning.
General care and cleaning
Turn off the unit after use, remove the
plug from the wall socket and wait until
the motor has come to a complete
standstill.
Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning
solutions for cleaning.
- Pasta dough is difficult to remove once
dried; the worm-drive housing and
attachments should therefore be cleaned
immediately after use. Use the cleaning
tool to remove any dough residue and
thoroughly wash all parts in hot soapy
water.
