should not exceed 35c. - the pump is not designated
for uninterrupted operations (e.g. uninterrupted circu-
latory running of pumped liquid). It would signifi cantly
shorten your pump lifespan. ! Before use, make sure
there is not any mud or other impurities in the pump.
! Keep checking the minimum water level. - If you use
the pump in a shaft, it must have dimensions at least
45x45x50cm.
Danger of device damage!
Do not let the device turned on without liquid anytime.
Connect pressure line
When putting on just occasionally, use an appropriate
water hose. Put the hose fi rmly on the hose coupling
and secure it with a hose clip.
Lift the pump down into the pump shaft. When depth
is more than 3 m, the connecting cable is attached to
the rope in regular intervals with anticorrosive clips. If
the connecting cable is not attached, it may happen
that the pump gets stuck in the connecting cable when
being lifted up. After lifting down, the rope end should
be fastened properly. Do not operate the pump without
the pressure hose. - After pumping chlorinated water
or other liquids that leave residues, the pump has to
be fl ushed with fresh water. Sand or other impuritiesin
fl uid increase the risk of overheating and reduce its
suction output. The pump must be completely sunk be-
fore turning it on. Do not turn the pump on dry.
SWITCHING THE PUMP ON/OFF
To turn the pump on, pull the plug of the movable
power supply into the fi xed power socket, to turn it off
pull it out.
Cleaning and maintenance
- During pump cleaning, repairs andmaintenance, al-
ways pull the power cable out of the socket.
Wash with fresh water.
Remove the stuck impurities with brush and deter-
gent. – To fl ush the pump from inside, sink it into a
container with fresh water and turn it on for a while.
Before use, "wet" the pump fi rst to make sure no po-
tential residuals of impurities block the device. In case
it freezes, dismount the device and its accessories,
clean it and store to keep it from freezing. Storing if
not used for a longer period Do not store the pump
at a place exposed to high temperatures. If possible,
store the pump at a place with a stable temperature
and humidity.
