 Only operate the appliance while it is vertical, freely placed and
on a stable, heat resistant surface.
 Do not cover the bread slots whilst in operation or when it is still
hot. Never lay bread slices or bread rolls directly on the appli-
ance, as this may cause overheating.
 The warming rack is only meant for warming up rolls or crois-
sants. Do not put any other ingredients on the warming rack, as
this may lead to a hazardous situation.
 This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca-
pabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised.
 Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than
8 years.
 This appliance is not meant to be used by person (including chil-
dren) with reduced physical, sensorial or mental capacities or in
absence of the necessary experience and / or knowledge – un-
less they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety
and from whom they get instructions on how to use the appli-
ance.
 Keep appliance out of reach from children
 If the following happens do not use the appliance and unplug it
immediately:
- The appliance or power-cord is damaged
- Any defect after the appliance has accidently dropped
or something similar is suspected.
In these cases have the appliance repaired.
 Unplug appliance in following cases:
- Any malfunction during operation
- Before cleaning and maintenance
- After use
 In case of misuse, wrong handling or incorrect repair no liability
will be taken for possible demages. Claims under guarantee are
also excluded in such cases.
 This appliance is only intended for toasting bread. Do not put any
other ingredients in the appliance, as this may lead to a hazard-
ous situation.
 The appliance is intended for househould use only and may only
be used indoors. It is not intended for commercial or industrial
use.
 Packaging material such as plastic bags keep out of reach of
children.
 In case the cord of this appliance is demaged, it has to be re-
placed by an authorized service agent of the manufacturer or a
person having similar qualifications. Substantial dangers for the
user can appear from inapproriate repairs.
 If in doubt about the interpretation of the contents of this instruc-
tion manual, please contact your dealer or use the provided con-
tact address.
 In case the device is sold by the original owner or given to third
party users, instructions for safe use of the device must be hand-
ed over to them, and they must have understood the hazards in-
volved, through reading the instruction manual and in particular
the safety warnings contained in it, which should always accom-
pany the device.
