MEGA DICE INSTRUCTIONS:
Game rules:
You can play with these mega dice with at least 2 players. The game can be played outside, on any kind of surface.
Object of the game:
The player who earns the most points by throwing the dice wins the game!
Preparation:
Tear off one sheet of paper per player and write your name on it.
How to play:
Decide a playing order; you always follow the same order of players.
The first player may throw with all 5 of the wooden dice. This is how to do it: put the dice in the cup (or use a bucket), put the lid on and shake it
well. Then remove the lid and let the dice roll on the ground.
Each turn you can throw a maximum of 3 times. After the first and second roll, you can determine which dice you leave behind and which you put
back into the cup. So you leave the dice with which you want to continue, and put the other dice back into the cup. Take a good look at the dots
you have thrown, and the most favourable category that fits with this. When you finish your turn, write down the score on the score block sheet.
There are a total of 13 squares per game, which you must complete. Each box may only be filled in once. So you have to deal with this tactically! If
you have you not achieved a result after 3 throws that belongs to an open box, then you have to fill in a 0. Tip: do this with a category that yields
the least number of points, or where you have a small chance of throwing this score.
The score block consists of two parts. In the upper half, (Part 1) you can see the dice dots 1 to 6. For this you only note the score of the dice that
belong to that square. For example, if you have thrown 1-5-2-6-6, your score is 2 x 6 = 12. In the column of game 1 (Game 1), write 12 points for
the 6-dots die.
In the lower half (Part 2), you can see the rows below. Here is an explanation:

When the first player has entered his score, the next player may throw. So you always roll the dice, note your score, and then pass the turn to the
next player.
When all the boxes have been filled in, first add your top half score. Is this higher than 63 points? Then you get a bonus of 35 points. Record this
on your score list. Then add the score for the lower half. Your final score is the sum of the upper and lower half. Whoever has achieved the highest
score wins the game!
You can play a maximum of 6 games of Garden Yatzy with one score sheet. You can also agree that the winner is whoever has achieved the highest
total score after all 6 games.
