Egg's Cooker CO60
Description
This appliance has a tank GN 1/3 this tank can contain as far as 10 individual baskets that
enable each customer to cook eggs for their breakfast as they wish.

Procedure

Fill the tank with water to cover the baskets

Choose the maximum temperature with the thermostat. The control's warning
light is switched on as for as obtaining the temperature

When the wished temperature is reached, the warning light is off; each customer
can put a basket on the water and wait from 3 to 6 minutes according to their taste
Piece of advice

Check the level of water regularly

You must not use your egg's cooker without water because it can cause an
irreversible deformation of the heating element
Maintenance
The appliance must be cooled before any cleaning
After each use, change the water to clean the tank and to avoid fur
For an easier cleaning, all the parts can be dismantled
You can use a wet sponge with washing-up liquid to clean this appliance.
You cannot put the control box under water: this could seriously damage the electric
circuits
