Anschlagpunkt zur Befestigung der PSA gegen Absturz
Vorbemerkungen:
Vor Einbau der Anschlagkonstruktion ist die Tragfähigkeit der Dachkonstruktion zu prüfen.
Die technischen Baubestimmungen sind einzuhalten.
Es dürfen ausschließlich Originalteile des Anschlagpunkt-Systems verwendet werden.
• Maximaler Sparrenabstand e=75cm!
Maximale Gesamtdicke von Dachschalung und BFU-Platte = 100 mm!
Einbauvariante :
Befestigung mit BFU-Platte (l=Sparrenabstand + 8cm, b=50cm,
d=24mm) auf Dachschalung (d=24mm) aus Nadelholz min. C24 oder
OSB-Platten.

Gemäß nationaler Vorschriften und in Abhängigkeit von
der Gebäudegeometrie.

Die Anschlagöse muss
nach Ende der Bauarbeiten
gesichert werden , indem sie
gegen die Mutter gekontert
wird bis die Fächerscheibe
platt liegt !
1. BFU-Platte so auf der Dachschalung auflegen, dass die Enden
seitlich mindestens 4 cm über die Sparrenachse reichen.
2. Die BFU-Platte mit jeweils 6 Holzschrauben (8,0 x 140) pro Seite
durch die Dachschalung mittig im Sparren befestigen.
3. Die Fußplatte mittig auf der BFU-Platte ausrichten und als
Schablone zum Anzeichnen der Bohrlöcher verwenden.
4. Bohren der Befestigungslöcher (Ø 24mm)
Der vorgegebene Durchmesser der Befestigungslöcher
darf nicht überschritten werden!
5. Die Fußplatte passend über den Bohrlöchern aufsetzen. Die Kippdü-
bel in zusammengeklapptem Zustand durch die Bohrlöcher führen
und durch Bewegen der Schraube zum Aufklappen bringen.
6. Anschlagorientiertes Andrehen der Schrauben bis die Kippdübel fest
an der Dachschalung-Innenseite anliegen.

Foreword:
Before installing the anchor construction the load-bearing capacity of the roofstructure
must be ascertained. Technical building regulations must be observed.
Only original parts of the anchor point system must be used.
• Minimum distance between rafters e = 75 cm! • Minimum cross-section rafters 8/14cm
Maximum total thickness of sheathing and laminated plywood panel (BFU) = 100 mm!
Installation variant:
Attachment with laminated plywood panel (BFU)
(length=Rafter distance + 8cm, width=50cm, thickness=24mm) on the
roof sheathing (t =24mm) of coniferous wood min. C24 or oriented
min
strand board
(OSB).

According to national rules and depending on the
dimension of the building.
1. Place the laminated plywood panel on the roof sheathing, so that
both ends laterally extend at least 4 cm above the rafter axis.
2. Bolt down the laminated plywood panel using 6 wood construction
screws (8,0 x 140) for each side through the roof sheating centered into
the rafters.
3. Centre-align the base plate on the laminated plywood panel
and use it as a template for marking the drill holes.
4. Drill the attachment holes (Ø 24 mm).
The specified diameter of the attachment holes must not be
exceeded!
5. Place the base plate over the drill holes. Feed the folded toggle bolts
through the drill holes and unfold them by moving the bolt.
6. Tighten the bolt until everything fits firmly against the inside of the roof
sheating.

The anchor eyebolt must be
secured after completion of the
construction work by tightening it
against the counter nut until the
lock washer lies flat!
