On behalf of the entire KLIM Team, we thank you for purchasing our
KLIM Rival keyboard. We hope it meets your expectations and that
you enjoy using this device.
FIRST USE
Take the USB receiver on the side of the keyboard and connect it to
your computer. Slide the switch under the keyboard (near the USB
receiver slot) to the ON position.
THE FUNCTION KEY
The KLIM Rival features a Function key (FN) which can be combined
with certain keys to change lighting effects or activate different
functions on your computer.
FN + F1: Media player
FN + F2: Volume -
FN + F3: Volume +
FN + F4: Mute sound
FN + F5: Previous track
FN + F6: Next track
NOTE: some function shortcuts are not available on MacOS.
FN + F7: Play/Pause
FN + F8: Stop
FN + F9: Home (browser)
FN + F10: E-mail
FN + F11: My PC
FN + F12: Calculator
BACKLIGHTING CONTROLS
FN + : Change the RGB backlight mode.
FN + / : Increase / decrease brightness (4 levels).
Keyboard lights can be turned off by reducing the brightness level.
NOTE: Decreasing the brighness can prolong battery life. The lights
automatically turn off after 120 seconds of inactivity to save energy.
CHARGING THE KEYBOARD
The battery indicator at the top-right corner of the keyboard turns
red when battery is low (<10%). Use the provided cable to connect
the keyboard to your computer or a USB charger. The battery
indicator light turns red while charging, and switches off when
charging is complete.
NOTE: You may use the keyboard while it charges, but the USB
receiver must also be connecter to your computer for it to work
